IMPORTANT INSURANCE INFORMATION 2023
Football NSW (FNSW) provides the following FNSW Insurance Program information for 2023.
NEW LOSS OF INCOME TOP-UP COVER
In addition to the Loss of Income weekly benefit (Max. $250 per week) provided under the Personal Accident Insurance, we are pleased to advise that registered participants are now able to purchase additional Loss of Income Top-Up Cover to increase the Weekly Benefit to a maximum of $500 per week for an injury sustained whilst playing or engaging in sanctioned football activities.

- Club and Association Insurance Handbook 2023
This handbook provides Clubs and Associations with important information about the FNSW Insurance Program including; Who is Covered, Personal Accident Cover, How to Make a Claim, Public & Product Liability insurance (incl. Professional Indemnity), Management Liability insurance and copies of the relevant Policies and Policy Schedules.
Copy attached – this is for Club and Association representatives only and is not to be distributed more broadly. Associations should provide a copy to their member club representatives only.
- Club and Association Insurance Summary Brochure 2023
This 6-page brochure provides Clubs and Associations with a summary of insurances provided by FNSW for Season 2023.

- FNSW Participant Insurance Summary Brochure
This 5-page brochure should be made available to all Association member clubs, players, parents, coaches, managers, referees, committee members and volunteers.
Copy attached – for printing and/or distribution to participants if required. A link to the document should also be provided on Club and Association websites.

LODGING PERSONAL ACCIDENT CLAIMS
All personal accident claims by registered participants will continue to be lodged online in 2023 via the Online Claims Portal.

The FNSW Insurance website is the recommended platform for Clubs, Associations and participants to access important information about the various insurances and to lodge a claim.
Please ensure that the insurance link on your Club or Association website is updated so that participants can easily access the FNSW insurance information if required.
